Planitrack records times and operations on the shop floor by barcode scan and schedules manufacturing orders. Planiprod plans production: master production schedule (MPS) and material requirements planning (MRP). Planiprev forecasts demand item by item and calculates projected stock.

Yes. Our software connects to any ERP, through file exchange, through an API or by reading its database; the Odoo connector is ready to use.
Without an ERP, it takes its data from your Excel workbooks. Many of our customers start from a planning file or a time sheet: that is a very good basis to start from.
There is no licence to pay. Implementing a piece of software is a fixed-price project, quoted after a first conversation: for an SME, it usually comes to between €5,000 and €30,000 excl. VAT, depending on the software and the scope. It covers support, development of your specific requirements, configuration, testing, roll-out and go-live on the shop floor.
After that, a fixed fee of €250 excl. VAT per month covers hosting and maintenance for up to 50 operators; beyond that, it depends on the server capacity needed. This is not a subscription to standard software: we tailor the software to each customer and build their developments into it, and this fee maintains them. It keeps your software running and ready to evolve: fixing faults (a bug, an application that misbehaves, a login that fails), updating the code and its components to their latest versions, continuous server monitoring (memory, processor, disk space), backup checks, and the hosting itself.
Updates matter as much as fixes: software left on old versions becomes hard to evolve. For details, see Pricing.
Allow about three months from kick-off to use on the shop floor, provided your teams are available to work through it with us.
The software is only part of the project: some tasks stay on your side, such as gathering the data, testing, making decisions and training your teams in-house. We support you at every step.
Mostly small and very small manufacturers who still plan on paper or in Excel, sometimes with an ERP already in place for administration. Less often, we also work with factories belonging to large groups that face the same problems.

In Europe, with a professional hosting provider. Each customer is hosted separately, in its own environment: your data is not mixed with other companies' data.
Hosting and maintenance are included in the monthly fee: you have no server to install or look after.
Yes. It is configured on your data: your items, your routings, your work centres, your rules. Where it helps, we plan administration screens together so that you can add a product range or a machine yourselves.
The software keeps evolving: you can ask for a change at any time, and for specific development when the way you work calls for it.
A large part of the project is run remotely, which involves your teams more and makes them self-sufficient sooner.
We are based in the Sarthe, in France, and we travel when the project requires it, especially in western France; travel costs are charged to you.
