Managing sales forecasts in fine detail, where SAP lacked visibility.

What we put in place:

  • Baseline demand and promotions kept apart
  • API integration with SAP
  • Optimal performance on large volumes
  • Fast, compact display of all the information on an item (supply, manufacturing orders, sales, stock projection, cover…)

  • An AI agent to discuss the forecasts and challenge them

Tracking production times directly in Odoo, with operators equipped with handheld scanners.

What we put in place:

  • Operators equipped with handheld scanners
  • Manufacturing orders imported by API or from an Excel file
  • Statistics by operator, by operation and by job
Result: performance measured in detail, by operator, by operation and by job. You know whether your quotes are priced at the right level.
