Priced after a first conversation, depending on the application and the scope. For an SME, it is typically between €5,000 and €30,000 excl. VAT. It includes:

What the €250 excl. VAT per month covers
No licence, but tailored software that needs looking after: the monthly fee keeps it in working order and ready to evolve. It covers up to 50 operators; beyond that, it depends on the server capacity required.
Bug fixing
A bug, an application not working properly, a connection that fails: we investigate and fix it.
Technical updates
The code and its components are kept on their latest versions: your software stays ready to evolve when you need it to.
Server monitoring
Your server's memory, processor and disk space are checked continuously, so that we can act before the shop floor slows down.
Verified backups
The backups of your data are checked: a backup that has never been verified protects nothing.
Dedicated hosting in Europe
Your software runs on its own environment, separate from other customers', with a professional hosting provider.
